3 Services Provided

HEMM JAZAN provides comprehensive MEP contracting services including but not limited to:

  • Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works
  • Mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Plumbing and water supply systems
  • Fire safety and suppression systems
  • Low current and security systems
  • Skilled manpower supply

All services are provided in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations, building codes, and international standards. Specific terms for each project will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts.

4 Quotations and Contracts

4.1 Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor rates, and project scope modifications.

4.2 Contracts: A formal written contract must be executed before commencement of any project. The contract will specify project scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables.

4.3 Modifications: Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.

4.4 Cancellation: Cancellation policies will be specified in individual contracts. Early cancellation may result in charges for work completed and materials procured.

5 Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in each project contract. Typical arrangements include advance payments, milestone-based payments, and final settlement upon project completion.

5.2 Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in suspension of work and may incur additional charges as specified in the contract.

5.3 Currency: All payments must be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.4 VAT: All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added to invoices as per Saudi Arabian tax regulations.

6 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information and specifications
  • Ensuring site access and necessary permits are in place
  • Providing timely approvals and decisions
  • Ensuring payment as per agreed terms
  • Maintaining clear communication throughout the project
  • Coordinating with other contractors if applicable
  • Providing necessary utilities (water, electricity) during construction

7 Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for a period specified in the project contract, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months from project completion.

7.2 Materials Warranty: Materials and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties, which will be transferred to the client where applicable.

7.3 Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7.4 Maintenance: Regular maintenance by qualified personnel is required to maintain warranty validity.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Maximum Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total contract value for that specific project.

8.2 Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

8.3 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or material shortages.

8.4 Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Clients are advised to maintain their own insurance for their property and interests.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HEMM JAZAN or its content suppliers and is protected by Saudi Arabian and international copyright laws.

Project designs, drawings, and specifications prepared by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use these materials for the specific project only.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

10 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business.

We may use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically restricted by a confidentiality agreement.

Client information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

11 Dispute Resolution

11.1 Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.

11.2 Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation before pursuing other remedies.

11.3 Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with Saudi Arabian commercial arbitration laws.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

13 Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

Prohibited activities include:
